~Amazing news!~ Remember how I talked about becoming a teacher on the high school I graduated from? π Since 30th of March, 2022 it's official! I signed the contract on this day! My teaching career will start in September, 2022 and I'm going to teach Graphic design and Computer science (for now). π Even though we had many meetings before this and the principal really liked my approach to teaching... Someone better could still come and take the job... But now it's mine!β¦

~2 kinds of flowers~ After I signed the job contract I had some time before my train arrival so I took a walk across the city of LitomΔΕice. π The weather was gloomy and cloudy, but I saw 2 types of flowers. π There was some narcissi in a local park and when I went to the train station I saw a few flower-drawings outside of the kindergarten. π

~This is crazy!~ Haha. Being on this platform makes me photograph every little thing. π€£ These are screenshots from my phone's gallery. 2017-2020 - almost nothing and then there is 2021! π€£ Noise made me do this...but I'm so glad for it because it made me realize that memories are important and I should take as many photos as possible. π We can't possibly remember every little thing that happened every year, but the pictures are here to help us with that. :)

~Learn to rest, not to quit~ I found this quote and can't relate! Everything is too much and time flies but I can't pressure myself to work and work and work when I'm not feeling like it. In this situation, remember to aways take some rest time. You can continue with your goals as soon as you will feel okay again. π

Even though the weather is not ideal, the city is still beautiful! π Update about my university life: I made a big decision today. I decided to postpone my state exams. π© I was supposed to have the state exams in April/June but because I still have many exams before that (semester exams, not state exams) and the paintings and the art exhibition require so much time, I postponed my stateβ¦

-The call~ My mum called me today to complain about her financial situation again. I'm so angry every time because I have nothing to do with it. π© You ask why? I don't even live at home with my mum, I'm staying at my boyfriend's grandma place all the time, so I'm not wasting any electricity or water or food or anything at home. Yet, she's still complaining to me about the bills. π© Finances are a big thing in my family. We always fight over it and I'm tired of it already. Iβ¦

-Studying~ #adoniis_university I jumped back on the study train today. π I finished one half of my memory cards. π To have all notes in digital form is nice but in the end I always end up writing some of it in physical form. It's better for eyes and it also makes me remember the information...so it's a win win situation!

~The biggest art project on the internet!~ There was this big art project happening at Reddit. It was called "r/place" and it was so amazing! π One big white canvas was opened on 1st April for Reddit users and they could create anything on it for the next 5 days. π Each user could place one pixel on the canvas in 5 minutes - which means that all kinds of internet communities (small and large) came together and created something. Over 6 million users placed around 72 millionβ¦

~Help me pick an outfit!~ Hello guys, I need your help. The art exhibition is in 2 weeks and just as everyone else I will need to talk about my art there in front of all the professors. Well and I'm going to need an outfit for that. π There's no strict dress code, we just need to dress nicely, no ripped jeans and so on. I won't even wear heels so I guess I will go for half formal/half casual. π I think the outfit no.3 is too party-like for this event... but I can't decideβ¦

~Painting again~ #adoniis_art The painting is slowly coming together. All that is left are the flowers and they are taking the longest time. ππ After this I need to adjust some things on the previous painting because my professor didn't like it that much. π This one... I won't adjust, I refuse! π

~Big progress and one good bunny~ I wasn't able to post yesterday... It was an exhausting day but I made a lot of work! π I finished the painting with Pegasus and reworked one entire section of the Deer painting. If I will continue like this, I could have the paintings ready in advance for the art exhibition and take some rest, too. That'd be awesome! ~Photograph filters~ Some filters are crazy! Do you want bloody-looking/dramatic flowers or magic/midnight ones? (the first picture is the original) π I sometimes wonder what's the use of these. I personally never use the crazy filters. The only stuff I adjust on photos is contrast, exposition and vibrance and just a little bit - to enhance what has been photographed... I never change the photo completely. π What about you? Do you use filters? Btw. This app is called Picsart.

~Yummy snacks~ After more than a week without any snacks, we finally went to the store and bought some sweets - cookies and biscuits and paprika potato chips. ππ The mint Fine Drops are also really good! I love snacks! π I think I'm lucky that I don't need any diet... I'm on the opposite spectrum - I need to gain weight because I'm naturally really skinny. π

~I knew it~ Yeah, I'm covid positive ("pozitivnΓ") - I went to get tested yesterday and the result came today. I knew it because I had all the symptoms. π€ I'm taking some Paralen (Paracetamol) and vitamin C and D. The pain is not so horrible anymore (the first night when I didn't have any pills was the worst), but I still have a 38Β°C fever. Thank you all so much for your support! π

~Covid day 3~ My bunny is here with me all day and she's very calm - I think she knows I'm not well. π Another company I have while I'm trying to overcome this covid thing is my notebook and YouTube. My boyfriend is taking care of me - bringing me water and food while keeping safe distance. π (He already had covid but still... no reason to risk the infection, right). Today, we have "chlebΓΔky" for food. It's a bread with potato salad, ham and some vegetables on top. To beβ¦

~Check-up~ Morning temperature check-up. No fever today's morning? π I'm not complaining. I will take the Paracetamol again, though, just to be sure it won't come back. My boyfriend is still joking that he's taking care of 4 children now. π€£ He needs to take care of me, of his grandma, our fish and our bunny. 4 girls and 4 children at the same time because we can't take care of ourselves now. π I'm so pale btw. π³π³

What actually bothers me the most now is that I won't attend the art exhibition because I have freaking covid. π I spent 4 months working on it and stressing myself - all for nothing. The exhibition is scheduled to next week. I lost all time to finish the paintings because I need to be in my bed and heal. Even if I'd want, I'm too weak to paint 8 hours a day. π I already announced that I won't attend. IT SUCKS SO MUCH!! Nobody will see what I created in person, EVER. π’

There is clear evidence that this woman was abusive towards Johnny. There is a recording where she's saying 'I was not punching you, I was hitting you.' - like wtf, man. But because man are most likely to be the aggressors in the relationship in general (not woman) they are painting Johnny as the bad one whileβ¦

~Handmade cookies~ We have some handmade cookies here. My boyfriend's aunt made them and they are delicious. π I admire people who can cook and bake, haha. My stomach is back to normal after covid and I'm glad for that. This reminds me that I need to weight myself... I think I lost some weight, which is not good because I'm already underweight... but I'm not sure. π

~$8800~ So here's the big package waiting for the delivery company which will come on Monday. We packed it today. It's 10 kilos and huge. I can barely pick it up. π I'm still so afraid they will damage the paintings but there's no other way to transport it. π IF they will damage it, they owe me approximately $8800 because that's what we wrote as the insurance price. π

~Pizza time~ Yesterday was pizza time again. π I'm happy that we finally found one restaurant where they can make the pizza we want and they won't mess it up. In fact, they make it perfect every time! We are loyal costumers because they deserve it. π Before this restaurant, we ordered at 3 places and it was problem after problem - wrong ingredients, wrong size, missing fries. They didn't care about their costumers or idk. π Also, we watched some good old Charmed (tv-show)β¦

~I saved some money~ The courier finally arrived and took the package so I could go to a supermarket to buy some nom norms. I missed snacks so badly! π What's positive about this (besides having snacks at home, hihi π) is that the woman at the counter only marked one potato chips instead of two. ~Waiting~ I'm the first one on the place, as always. π€£ The art exhibition will take place in this yellow building which is a muzeum. π It's located right on the main square of this city, Teplice. It's little cold here but the sun is warming me up as I'm siting on the bench here. π I will write here in the evening, hopefully with my artwork installed on the wall.

~Art exhibition post (part 1)~ (I wanted to post this yesterday but noise was broken. π€£) I thought you'd be interested in where the art exhibition is taking place. It's in a city Teplice, in this yellow building which is a muzeum/gallery and let me tell you - the city is so beautiful! π The muzeum is located right by the main square and all around the square there is incredible architecture as you can see in the picture. ~Art exhibition post (part 2)~ #adoniis_art The last 2 days were extremely exhausting. On Tuesday we spent 18 hours in the gallery installing all the artworks. It was supposed to be a cooperation (we all needed to help each other to hang the paintings and everything) but some stubborn students didn't want to cooperate which made it extremely difficult. I helped as much as I could. I can't even stand on my feet today because 18 hours was too much for my feet. π©π€£ Nevermind.β¦

~From good to bad~ Today started alright but it slowly turned to a really bad day. As you may know, I'm currently living in my boyfriend's grandma's flat because my bf lives here, too. He's basically taking care of his grandma because she's very old, her feet are not working properly anymore, she can't use toilet without our help (and other complications when we get old). Her health is getting worse gradually every day π which makes my bf very depressed and full ofβ¦

~Keyboard ordered~ I ordered the new keyboard today. It is the same model he had. It should arrive on Tuesday. π I remember when we got this keyboard last year. It was such an upgrade. We finally bought a PC keyboard with lights so we can play video games with lights off in our room. π Also - you can change the colors as you wish. π
