~Motto for life~ I don't have a life motto but I'm sometimes searching for relatable quotes and sayings to write into my journal. Yesterday I found this and I feel like this quote somewhat sums up my life and also that it's important to realize. 😃 Don't rush things, if you are not feeling it. ~I went to a mall~ I went to a mall today for quick shopping session. ~New page!~ #adoniis_journal I was feeling creative few days ago so I finished a journal page with an insomnia theme. 😊 I suffer from insomnia for almost 3 years now (since covid started) and it looks like it will accompany me for the rest of my life because I still haven't figured out why it's happening. ~I miss him. I'm stressed.~ Today, it's 14 days without seeing my boyfriend and I miss him more every day. 😔 We were supposed to see each other after New Year's Eve, but he was sick and now he tested positive for covid, so I won't see him for another week or longer. ~Progress~ #adoniis_art #adoniis_university This art project is really time consuming and slow but I was expecting that because it's embroidery. 😃 However, I already learned how to do the individual letters and I can do one sentence in 30 minutes, which is not bad. 😅 I should be able to cover the whole fabric in 2 weeks just fine... or at least I hope so. It will be a pillow, 25 x 25 centimeters covered by this text.

~Frost~ This was 2 years ago in January (around this time). Frosty trees, frosty grass, no snow because you can see that the path is completely clean... but it was obviously really cold and white frost was covering everything. 😊 And today, in 2022? It's sunny outside, blue sky and the temperature is high (few days ago there was 13°C or 55°F). It's crazy, isn't it? 😂 Is the global warming real?

~Thinking about future~ I'm think about my future a lot these last days. In half a year, I should have my Bachelor's degree and after that it will be time to find a job and also to start saving for my own apartment. 😃 I feel like everything will be happening at once and I'm running out of time. 😂 I need to work more, I have notes to do, projects to finish, paintings to start and finish and many books to read and time is just "whooosh".

~New supplies~ I treated myself with new art/journaling supplies! They arrived yesterday and I'm so happy with them. 😊 As you can see, I bought a new sketch book and I will use it as my journal. The pages are little more yellow than I expected but it doesn't matter that much. 😃 I also bought 2 brush pens for calligraphy and a set of pastel colored markers. They are for children, 3+ age, which is funny 🤣 but they work well and the color variation is large.

~Bachelor's Thesis: The start~ Today was a productive day for me. 😊 I wrote the whole "Table of Contents" for my bachelor's thesis. You can see it in the picture. It's not a final version, just a rough version for start but it's already looking crazy and so long, haha. 😂😂 Now it's time to write everything and hope that I won't need to make too many changes when I show it to my professor.

~Finally 😊~ My boyfriend is finally home after so long! I can't believe it. 😍 (That's why I didn't posted anything today.) He had covid so we couldn't see each other. He's relatively okay now. ~Coinbase update: Earn Yield~ I checked my Coinbase account today and they added a new feature. You can now earn yield by holding certain coins in your wallet. For me it's Dai. I converted some other crypto to $1 in Dai, turned on the Yield option in my settings and the money is already generating. I imagine you can earn few cents a day/week like this just for holding. ~Donkey~ There are donkeys in this video game. Every time I drive by them in a car I think to myself "Only the Shrek is missing." 😂 The only thing I'm disappointed about is that there are no llamas, just donkeys and some goats. ~Late Christmas gifts~ I received some late Christmas gifts today. 😊 Mug with a black cat and socks with cat design. ~Windy day~ We have a very windy day in my country today. I heard that the wind can reach up to 180km/hod. That's a hurricane! Some trains are stopped because falling trees and traffic is not good in general. Since middle of the night, the wind is banging on our windows and shaking it. It's scary. ~Escape~ #adoniis_bunny Amálka escaped today when I was giving her food and was very pleased with herself. 😂 Look at her face! She knows she's not supposed to be out in the morning. 😂 It took me 15 minutes to get her back in the cage without picking her up. All she ever cares about is food (it usually works well to get her where you want her and she's so happy when she can eat), but now, for some reason, she was like "nope, I want to be out here, food doesn't exist". 😂
