Today I went back to Alien Worlds for the first time in ages and I was pretty surprised by the new NFT concept. Now you collect NFT points whenever you mine and with these points you can redeem NFT's. I quite like this!

Since the starting of this season, it's is now possible to earn Merits from daily and seasonal rewards. I believe this was a very good move by the Splinterlands Team. I usually try not to pay attention too much to prices for the tokens that I want to accumulate. If however the price of Hive goes down like it did, this gives a nice opportunity to fill the bags. That's what I did this month. I didn't collect much HBD and concentrated on Hive. This allowed me to power up 1000 Hive today. A bit more than a month ago I took a very important decision regarding Splinterlands. I had plenty of summoners at lower levels that I was renting out and I decided to merge them all together to get fully developed summoners. On tribaldex you have the amazing option to create your own crypto token and it only costs 100 BEE's, or about 23$ at today's prices. It's unbelievably cheap to create a token that is linked to all the infrastructure of tribaldex and hive-engine. Not only, you get a token, you also get a listing on hive-engine, tribaldex and leodex. When you look at the market situation at the moment, it's definitely not looking well. All the crypto are in the cellar. However the phenomenon is not limited to the crypto world and I believe that it would be wrong to attribute the situation purely to what happens around things like Luna or Celsius. About seven days ago a big change was introduced into Splinterlands with the new rewards system. In this video, I try to analyze how these changes have affected the card markets. I love those Champion Chests lol... It's not easy to earn them but I manage to get about 5 per day from the daily focus. So far 27 chests collected for this season.
