A while back I was mentioning to I think u/v0id that I went on a trip to Germany back in 2004, and promised I'd share some pictures of this place that I wasn't sure where it was, but it was kinda creepy and had like a pit full of bones and skulls. Well, true to my form I procrastinated like a mofo... but here's the place. It's somewhere in the Black Forest (at least, that's what the folder on the CF card said). These pics are all pretty close to each other in there, so I'm assuming it's all that same place?

So have you watched the TV show "Grimm"? Pretty neat fiction show that digs into a lot of real history and myth. The black forest is eventually visited, but I didn't realize that was based on a real place. Guessing they even reproduced this site or a similar one for one of the episodes. It's off-air now, but ran from like 2011-2017. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1830617/
