Some people were interested in what I do for work. I do corporate/enterprise IT in a call centre kind of environment. It's a pretty sweet gig in my opinion. A lot of people don't like it because we deal with a lot of people every day, but I love it. I get to meet all sorts of new people having trouble and turn their bad days into good days (usually). Although I do a lot of the same stuff every day, I'm also given new problems to solve every day. It's a great way to keep my brain engaged. IT Troubleshooting is something that kinda came naturally to me. I tend to learn tech-related stuff fairly quickly (except for Crypto and NFT apparently LOL) I'm not sure I could ever pass my knowledge on because my IT skills are kind of just the way my brain works... but I'm always happy to help share relevant tidbits and tips of things along the way. That's also part of my job from time to time. I can imagin the feelings when solving someones IT problems.
33% rebooting, 33% password resets, 33% actual real problems 33% buffer overflow 😂
That's 32% too much real problems.
The real problems are the fun part. The rest is just me on autopilot fixing their shit while I hang out on Noise 😂

I am trying my best to improve my skills in speaking english..coz it's my dream to work in an international call center...I want to be an international call center agent..meet new people and learn new things...but sadly.. when I applied...I failed on interview...😂😂because of my pronounciation.. I always think..this job is cool... So yeah..now I gave up...😅
I wonder how the cat removes all the parts of system unit,, just kidding,. Being tech support is one of the most in demand now a days, coz technology is always updating.. You have a great job sir.
