Just putting my money where my mouth is... Here's my Linux environment on my phone (this is pure Android/Tasker, not the Ubuntu install). It's pretty easy to get running via the termux-desktop package (https://github.com/adi1090x/termux-desktop) If you'd rather install a full Linux environment (debian, ubuntu, arch, etc) check out proot-distro (https://github.com/termux/proot-distro) Side note: Sorry for the renoise and then this post right after...
