When you say it changes depending on how much you have, do you mean you've only just had as much as you have lately due to the changes and you've seen it change back as you give them out? I ask because up until the recent change, I was usually maxed out at 76 cents because I'm super picky about the term "quality content," but the new changes excluded me, presumably because I'm not active/social enough to get rated by the right (quantity of) people, so I'm down to 50 cents. At the aforementioned max, and with what I currently have left, I see .01, .02, .04, .05, .10, and .25 but I think I saw it show .01, .05, ... earlier today or yesterday.
