Central Shaheed Minar of Bangladesh

People build monuments to commemorate any historical event. This makes it much easier to hold history in the heart, and simplifies the difficult task of paying homage to immortals. That is why the central Shaheed Minar was built in the memory of those who sacrificed their lives for the Bengali language in the language movement of '52. Our central Shaheed Minar is located on the premises of Dhaka Medical College.
