I parked the car and wasnwalking back to my apartment complex, when I noticed that the key was left in one of the bikes accidentally. I myself have done this on my bike quite a few times. I took it to hand it over to security and realised that the bike belonged to my friend. Returned it to them and all ended well. Thankfully, we don't have thefts inside our apartment complex and so nothing wouldnhsve happened, but it's still scary.
