My Crown of Thorns plant was literally eaten alive in its pot by some squirrel or rat in the balcony. I guarded what was left with some spikes. After a little nurturing and many months, out bloomed a single flower. This is a far cry from the dozens of flowers that used to be fully bloomed in its glory days of the past, but I'm hoping this is a start!
