Hi noise members. the seed of the sunflower is the sotolade. a lot of people like to eat. however, it can be easily pimpled from it because sotyolade is a very oily seed. after the sunflower is harvested the sotolade is roasted and made so white-black. it is usually just black by default.☺️☺️
