::: Immature Stage ::: Youth experiences that often..... Let me explain! We all know that youth of today are going to be managers for the future. Knowing that so well, still we are coming up well short on efforts for the development of the 'Youth'. Also, there is a slack in addressing the problems of the young people of today. Some countries are ahead, and they are addressing the problems, but many of them lag so much behind........ ::: Encountered Problems ::: As the childhood stage reaches youthfulness. There is always a tendency to be anxious, curious and hasty. At proper intervals, youth needs some sort of guidance & supervision. They need someone to tell them the right and the wrong way. Just tell them. Not force them. I want to be clear here................ If this enlightenment is not provided, the anxious ones may make hugely impactful wrong decisions. You have all seen the dreadful impacts of excessive drugs, tobacco, alcohol, obscenity, and all the things that are interconnected with them. The World is a much bad place for 'Young' as it was before. Really, there are too many challenges. And, the support we deserve keeps on diminishing with time...................... #RandomThoughts
