I am not an engineer so I am really curious...what they are going to build...?at first 3weeks..they were digging and digging.. and today..they put a plastic on it...They covered it with a thin plastic..and then now they are putting a cement on it...so I am curious...is this the first step of building a house here in middle east?I thought they are going to put something on four corners like a steel..I don't know how to explain..but this is not what i saw on how to make a house in the Philippines....😅😁 And they have four holes too..maybe for water and for toilet?but thier area is small compared to other houses here...its like they only took the half of the area...so I am curious..
