Bad Company
Mixing with bad cOmpany is what every youngster should avoid. The reason is simple.
In such a cOmpany, sooner or later the youngster will be exposed to activities that are possibly unhealthy, antisocial, dishonest, illegal or even criminal.
Once exposed, the negative effects can last a long time, perhaps for a lifetime. Bad company is not hard to spot. For example if your friends SMoke, then chances are you will catch on. If they take alcohol or druGS, chances are you will be tempted to give them a try.
So far as your own wellbeing ,its better to avoid such friends...
Make friend good and decent peoples.Keep away from bad company...
Save me from trouble
Many people will say to you that they will do everything for you. They will be present in every hard time. They will be present at any difficulty or trouble.
This is not true at all. There is no one who will be there for you in hard times. Everyone is here to leave you one day. There is no one who will come with you in the grave. There are some people who will leave you when you will become poor. There are some people who will leave you when you will become lower to them.
Don't do anything for anyone. This world is totally selfish. Even your siblings and child's will leave you one day.
Enjoy your life and do whatever you want to do. Invest in yourself.
Gender Equality
Gender discrimination is chasing us from a long run; as we hear that 14 centuries ago people used to bury their daughters alive and feel disgrace by giving birth to a daughter. Till now we are facing this issue in many part of the globe. Some people do not educate girls but educate boys. They do not let them performing job. Child marriages are still existing using women just as an object.
It is the duty of law enforcement institutions to provide balance to this gender inequality by providing both gender equal right for education, job and future decisions. In fact every individual have equal contribution in a nation's faith believing that the nature's gender distribution is just a way for propagation of generation.
Do something Creative !
Most of the young generation of this age (including me) spend most of its time on mobile.
I would not be wrong if I say that,
They waste their time on mobile..
This time can be used in some other useful activities. This time can be spent in their character building.
This time can be used to make them the responsible citizens & bright future of country...
Sometimes, we involve in such activities that we forget to us mobile..
Like, sports; outing, picnic etc...
We should more focus on such activities as they develop us mentally & physically.
Depression
Good day to whoever is the reading the post, I’m going to be writing on a psychological feeling or rather an illness called “depression”
Depression is a state of feeling, sad, anxiety, and depression, a mood disorder marked especially by sadness, inactivity, difficulty in thinking and concentration, a significant increase or decrease in appetite and time spent sleeping, feelings of dejection and hopelessness, and sometimes suicidal tendencies bouts of depression
Being depressed can be caused by a lot of things some depending on our mental strength and capacity. Some of the factors includes, family issues, past trauma, brain structure, drug use ( a history of drug,alcohol misuse can affect the risk for being depressed)
There are two types of depression which are major depressive disorder and persistent depressive disorder. The first type symptoms includes anxiety distress, catatonia features and so on, while the later symptoms includes low esteem, lack of productivity, feeling hopeless and empty and the general symptom for depression which we all know is suicidal thoughts, and most times self harm.
Depression can be battled by being open because one thing I’ve noticed is that most depressed people tend to be secretive and in turn affect their mental health. It can be battled by taking medications like antidepressants, light therapy l.e being exposed to doses of white light which can help regulate mood, exercise l.e engaging in physical activities which produces endorphins and in turn increases hormones that improve mood, avoiding drugs just like I mentioned earlier in the causes and finally taking care of yourself..
NOTE: Depression is a serious mental illness with the potentials of complications, life threatening complications.

A woman between the ages of twenty-six and thirty is like a branch full of flowers that adorns the house, It gives life to the deserts. Its love is as beautiful as the bright rays of the moon, This is all life !!
A woman between the ages of thirty-one and thirty-five is like a gardener who plants beautiful flowers in the garden of life and then develops them, At this age, a woman strives to build the children of Adam ,It's a struggle !!
Thirty-six to forty-year-old woman is a rock that dares to hit the storm, the impression of victory on her face is clear,It's like a winner who has led most of life's adventures ,There is full commitment !!
Woman at the age of forty-one to sixty is a book full of golden experiences, It can set the right course for others, This is a light that gives the exact address of the destination, There is compassion !!
This is to understand those who consider women to be cruel, bearded, beaten and ignorant, Although this is not a complete definition, but maybe a little understanding ... !!!
Just treat your women with love and in return she will make your life a paradise.. Respect womens...

Almost everything we use in our day-to-day life is a gift of technology.
we cannot imagine our lives without most of these things. However, as much good as the technology has done to the mankind.
we cannot deny the fact that it has also caused as much harm to our surroundings.
Today we are sitting here in our homes and earning from this platform, all this is also happening due to technology.

Domestic voilence
Yesterday i heard a heartbreaking news that a man hitted his wife badly.The reason was that she didn't prepare the meal on time for which she paid so hardly.
I couldn't understand why men beats a woman so recklessly for such a small thing.Doesn't she have a life?Sometimes she is beaten because she is out of the house, sometimes she is beaten because she didn't cleaned the house, sometimes she is beaten for not preparing the meal.Inshort,she is tortured for every little thing and her life is made hell.
I'm not talking about every men. Absolutely not..!
Not everyone is like that. There are some people here who take great care of their women and fulfill their every wish, but there are some who treat their women worse than animals.
And this is not a matter of today. For centuries, women have been the victims of this oppression, but the sad thing is that this process is still going on or better to say that it has become trend in some areas to treat their wives inhumanly.
I don't understand why a woman is considered so weak and worse.They only comfort their hearts by beating her.Doesn't she need two words of love? How long will this oppression continue? How long will it last?
A strict action should be taken against it,but this is not the responsibility of any one person but we must join hands together to kill this oppression.

Reason why Rabbit are not more friends with Dog.
Once upon a time Rabbit and Dog we're so close and as matter of fact good friends and living together happily with their younger ones.
Rabbit and Dog we're good hunters, hunting fishes and crabs thrice in a month.
Whenever they hunt many fishes and crabs, Rabbit always manipulate Dog to take the Crab to his family while the Rabbit take the fishes home alone.
Happened that the Dog rebuft,the Rabbit will go closer to harm Dog with it's Horn........(ear)
As patient as Dog is to maintain peace since is afraid of Rabbit horn not to be killed,it will collect the Crabs and move on......
Several times without number,the Rabbit pressurised Dog giving it crabs after there daily fishing.
Now the puppy all tired of eating crabs given to their mother and never want to eat any more.
Mother: the younger Dog call out.......why you always coming home with crabs while you lift fish for the Rabbit to enjoy and it younger ones....?
Hmmmm......Dog mother reply.....I don't want to die living you to be an orphan at this age....... Rabbit have a sharp horn to kill me at any time,any moment I decide not to agree with it words.
They all felt sorry for there mother in pains.
One day they invited the younger Rabbit to their home to play while on the playground they ask them question.......
Please friend......is this really a horn.....? The younger Rabbit reply..."NO"..... touch it is Ear...... puppy touch and feel how soft it is.......hmmm.
As soon their mother arrived home with the Crabs as usual, they exposed all secret to her not to collect the Crabs again rather they prefer to be an orphan.
Dog and Rabbit set out for fishing as usual and caught many fishes and crabs beyond expectations...... hehehe
Rabbit:... take the crabs and leave...
Dog:...."No..... I won't....... already prepared for war......hahah
The Rabbit step a distance while the Dog prepare to defend itself...
Rabbit ran away and the Dog ran after it..... pursue it till it caught and kill the it... take the Rabbit, fishes and crabs home.......the younger ones were also killed.
Ever since then, Rabbit and Dog never be friends anymore but enemies.
Moral Lesson: Never exposed your family, partner and friends secret because many people are close to get your secret before lying an ambush on you.
Be proactive

Being proactive mean we should accuse ourself of every happening to us. It means that we were not careful in our decisions in the past that made us stand here today in these consequences.
Jack Ma says that those who say that my failure is due to someone else this guy has no chance and the one who says that my failure is because of my mistake, this guy has chance.
He has the chance that he can correct and learn a lesson from the mistakes and make necessary decisions.
To make such an approach that our today's decision will decide our future not someone else we should practice:
1) Work only in our smaller circle of influence
2) Make small commitments to ourself and others, and keep them
3) Be a light, not a judge; be a model, not a critic; be the solution, not the problem.
