Human life by its very nature inclines to work most people work for keeping their body and soul together but very few work only for pleasure the absence of work for an unemployment virtually transform the individual into meaningless existence. Unemployment means the lack of employment in other word it means mens inability to find work or any job according to his qualification and aptitude ine today unemployment it is found every where on the globe the virus of unemployment it is creating more panic and sense of insecurity than other virus Unemployment is obviously the root of many evils and crime it spells starvation disease and death on its victim our education system is is defective it is producing more and more clerks Over urbanisation is one of the major cause of increasing unemployment thousand of people from countryside and villages are coming toward the big city in order to seek better job opportunities and for the education of their children But we people can defeat unemployment sound economic planning expansion of trade industry development it better literacy rate political stability and foreign investment it will also be helpful in solving the problem of unemployment
