BCHUSD sitting in the shadow of the past. For those interested in technical analysis the BCHUSD chart is particularly interesting and also frustrating for those who want to see price move quickly to the upside. I had previously thought that the break out to 773 in late February was the sign of strength SOS coming out of a two-and-a-half-year accumulation period. If you can be arsed find previous posts. However - it is possible to argue now, given the chart, that the entire move to 1640 was a sign of strength, followed by a backing up action BU (short-term profit-taking and retesting of the accumulation range). If confirmed this would be extremely bullish. The key is to hold in and above the green zone marked on the charts. https://www.tradingview.com/x/jcwtqxoE/ https://www.tradingview.com/x/za1908af/ Wykoff Point and Figure - Price Target - Aggressive - 2430-2850 USD https://gocharting.com/screenshots/_FVfMXOn9.html Back to to the title - Sitting in the shadow of the past. It is clear that the redistribution range preceding the BSV/BCH split has played a major role in the accumulation range. It held back BCH from climbing above 497 and is once again playing a role in what could be the LPS - last point of supply. Why so much emphasis on the forks - put simply those invested in the projects received an equal share of both coins - meaning supply is held by a diversity of investors and communities each looking for value and to support there own investments. If supply is going to be exhausted it has to take into account all stakeholders not just spot purchased USD. BCHBTC vs BSVBTC https://www.tradingview.com/x/y3el5zui/ #BitcoinCash

I really can't justify accumulating any more BCH frankly. BCH desperately needs a huge increase in economic activity and I don't think that will happen without defi. Anyhedge and Detoken seemed so promising, but they can't grow and improve without protocol upgrades. And those won't happen until next year or later.
I can’t disagree with you - it’s underperformed considerably in terms of market price - despite increasing its user base, updating its core technologies to run more efficiently and adding second layer smart contracts. Fundamentals look great and yet here we are retesting a price zone we should have cleared months ago. Heartbreaking.
