I think the BTC/BCH trade has been easy money for so long that people just can't stop. If we ever manage to bust out of that downtrend for real we will moon hard.
Yeah it’s a viscous bear market against BTC - such little volume in bch/btc that it’s hard to know whether it’s getting smashed or whether BCH is just missing major investment circles and therefore just looks weak. My bet is on the latter.
Maybe after next upgrade we'll have markets onchain with Anyhedge and a trustless bridge to SmartBCH. Then people would have much more of a reason to hold BCH. I'm afraid that'll all be too late for this bull cycle though. We're going in the right direction, we're just moving too slowly.
Yeah it could be all about the next cycle - bch missed this one big time so far.
