Good night all.☺️ I've just come back from my friend's house after doing something that's a bit important and it's keeping me busy. But my hands are cramping from pushing myself too hard, indeed I rarely lift heavy weights so when I push myself that's what happens. Now my left hand hurts because of cramps and sprains so now it takes me a long time to write, because my right hand hurts, usually I use 2 hands. But if I only write with one hand because it really hurts, I hope tomorrow my hand will get better.☺️
