The rain today hasn't stopped, even though it had stopped earlier but tonight it's been raining again and it's so heavy. It seems comfortable to go to bed early if the weather is like this, but if I go to bed earlier I will definitely wake up around 01.00 or so. I seem to have insomnia which is very difficult to fall asleep at night, I need sleeping pills so I can sleep well.😴

It's no longer rain here though it's cloudy sometimes. Try also eating bananas, their potassium content can help induce sleep.

It is so difficult to adjust because of the weather temperature.. I have an insonia too,I take a sleeping pill most of the time.
So you often take sleeping pills too.
