my eyes are not well so I bought carrot juice to keep my eyes healthy, even though my right eye is minus but at least my eyes must be healthy. I don't want my eyes to keep getting worse at least I have to buy carrot juice to reduce the minus. Maybe if I had a juicer I would make carrot juice every day because buying carrots is cheaper than juice already.😁
