The light I ordered has arrived and now I have it installed because I am not used to getting too dark at night. I usually turn off the light when I sleep, but I use the evening light to light up the room, but it's not too bright. And this lamp is for when I still haven't slept, the rest I use the twilight lamp that illuminates my room.☺️

This one can be very bright, at 2500 LM, you will have light just like in a very sunny day. Hope it will be want you!
But I only use it when I haven't slept, when I sleep I use a small lamp.☺️
