Good morning all.🥴 This morning my throat was very sore and dry and always felt thirsty, this is because last night I drank cold water because last night I was very thirsty.🤤 But the effect of that is that my throat hurts, it's because the weather here is very hot so when my body receives a cold one, it immediately becomes inflamed.🥴 It's actually very nice when thirsty to drink cold water, but I forgot that the consequence was sore throat and this morning I felt sick.🥴
