Our minds are powerful, but in the wrong hands, even a tiny thought can turn into self-sabotage. We’ve all been there: On your way to the gym and the voice in your head says, “Let’s go to Starbucks instead.” At work and the nagging question comes up: “Maybe I should have gone to that thing instead.” We need to focus on our mind, train it and make it work for us. It can be very easy to get caught up in the world that we live in.
