Native chicken breeders, usually there are those who use probiotics to maintain the digestive health of their chickens so that they are healthy and do not experience disturbances.
If you don't find probiotics at the chicken feed store, you can use yakult that is drunk by us in general. It can be used to mix chicken feed or drink chicken.
How to use yakult probiotics:
2 liters of boiled water, 1 small bottle of yakult, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar. All ingredients are mixed well, then let stand for 30 minutes, after that it can be used to drink chicken and chicken feed mixture.
Probiotics are indeed very beneficial for chickens, feces decompose quickly and have no odor, chicken digestion runs smoothly without interference.

Caring for Flowers
Everyone loves flowers, and it would be better if you pay attention to the needs of the flowers themselves to make them look beautiful and pleasing to the eye.
One of them is my beautiful adenium flower and its flowers have fallen. The adenium flower is a flower that does not require a lot of water and is watered every 3 days. I also water it with rice washing water so that the soil intake contains protein, carbohydrates, fat, growth stimulants. and other nutrients that can help plant fertility.
That's how to pay attention to the nutritional needs of plants, for flower lovers you can use rice washing water as an organic fertilizer that is rich in nutrients and good for plant growth.
Fermented Rice Husk
Besides raising chickens, I also sell flowers.
This time I discussed fermented rice husks as an ingredient in fertilizer mixtures in plant media so that plants look very fertile.
In making fermented rice husks, I only use agricultural probiotics that are available in my area. And I was assisted by my younger brother in making this fermented rice husks.
We prepare 100 liters of water, 100cc of probiotics, 100cc of liquid brown sugar, the three ingredients were stirred well then add the rice husks, then let stand 15 minutes so that the probiotic water seeps into the rice husks.
After soaking the rice husks for 15 minutes, drain the rice husks and put them in a plastic bag and tie tightly so that the outside air does not enter the plastic. Because this is an anaerobic fermentation system. Then we wait for 14 days until the fermentation works perfectly and is ready to be used for mixed media plant.

Incidentally the weather was very hot, I took my younger brother to go swimming to the swimming pool near my house.

Grow up
It doesn't feel like this chick has started to grow big and well built, has beautiful hair, and has a charming cock's comb.
I take care of it in a tightly closed box without a light and I give it fermented water to drink every day. Its growth is quite good even though the care is minimal.

Egg Laying Cage
Today I made a mini cage for laying chicken eggs in a simple way. Even though it's simple, you can see eggs there. Hehe
Incidentally 1 chicken has laid eggs, my chickens always like to live in the open. So they move freely in the garden behind the house. But there is a small cage for resting at night.
Even though my chickens are wild in the garden, they still need a cage to lay their eggs. Inside the cage I put bamboo leaves and sacks to make them comfortable when laying eggs.
Hot weather
Today I gave 3 liters of drinking water more for my chickens, the weather was very hot. It's not usually for them to drink 3 liters more.
When the weather is hot, always monitor the supply of drinking water for the chickens so that the chickens are not dehydrated and weak. Hot weather also affects egg production.
Air circulation in the cage must also be considered so that there is always a change of new air entering and the chickens are not stressed during hot weather.

I did a cross between a madagascar and a brahma chicken, it was the first time I saw a brahma chicken egg that was oval and slightly round.
At first I thought the egg had 2 yolks, but when I opened it it only had 1 yolk. The color of the egg shell was brown.
By crossing madagascar chickens and brahma chickens, it will lead to ornamental chickens.
My brahma chicken is black, short and has thick and adorable fur.

Fermented Drinking Water
I make fermented drinking water for my chickens, to keep them looking healthy and energetic for the uncertain seasons.
