Feed Weighing I'm weighing the feed for my chickens, because I have to record the feed requirements of my chickens per chicken in one day. If I give too much feed and the chickens don't finish the feed in 1 day it can grow harmful fungi in the chicken feed causing several diseases in the chickens. The need for native chicken feed depends on the age of the chicken 1 week old: 7 grams per 1 chicken in 1 day 2 weeks old: 19 grams per 1 chicken in 1 day 3 weeks old: 34 grams per 1 chicken in 1 day 4 weeks old: 47 grams per 1 chicken in 1 day 5 weeks old: 58 grams per 1 chicken in 1 day 6 weeks old: 66 grams per 1 chicken in 1 day 7 weeks old: 72 grams per 1 chicken in 1 day 8 weeks old: 74 grams per 1 chicken in 1 day So if we feed the chickens according to the portion of the chicken's needs, we will not waste chicken feed, the price of which is increasing day by day, thus chicken feed is not wasted.
