Native Chicken Becomes Prima Donna A few weeks ago, cattle farms in my country were infected with a virus that attacks the mouth and nails and automatically the price of beef fell and consumers are now turning to native chicken meat to avoid health problems. Of course, chicken farmers are very happy with this market demand, and the price of native chicken meat has increased. Native chicken meat in my place can reach 3.5 - 5 dollars per 1 kilogram. And that is already quite expensive, so currently chicken farmers at myplace very happy to raise chickens.
