Someone should really answer these questions.....the Bible is all about Israel and their God....so who created other people? Why would God choose only them and leave others hanging? And yes....who were the people instructed not to kill Cain if there were only Adam, eve and Cain? I'm tired of trying to figure it out... @princessbusayo thanks alot for the upvote

The bible isn't all about Isreal or their God. It talked about so many other countries and tribe. He didn't choose them alone, the coming of christ attest to that, he came to save the whole world. Not an exclusive list. Adam, eve and cain were the only ones. Remember that people live for long back then...there must have been Grandchildren and Great grandchildren. I think Adam later gave birth to seth and some other children (not 100% sure) Most importantly, trying to figure out somethings in the bible can only lead to more questions, just pray to the holy spirit for understanding.
