Did you experience having a friend with third eye? Or you itself have it? When I was on High School days and I am serving in our parochial church I am engaged with a few people who has a third eye. At first I am not bother and I told them that just don't tell me that they see something and I'm good but then as the passed by I started to asked them how's the feeling of havin a third eye. Oh my goodness , as I was typing this I am a bot scared as I remember those scary moment haha. So I asked one of them and he said for him it's normal and he got used to it. I mean for him when he saw a ghost or spirits it's like a normal things to him and one thing that he needs to do is that everytime he will see those just don't look at them eye and eye and pretend that you didn't see them because they will going to attach in you.
