Here in the Philippines people are confused with Caldereta , Afritada and Mechado because they all look like the same. Meanwhile , I craved for some Asado last Saturday and following the tutorial in YouTube on how to cook it and look at the finish product. A literal pacham recipe hahaha. It's taste good but I am not satisfied hehe
