Want some adobong talong? I cook the excess eggplant earlier hehe. I know some of you are not familiar with this dish. I am also not familiar with it until my father in-law asked me to cook it last year when we live in thier house for a while. And I was satisfied with the taste because it taste good hehe especially when you put a good amount of pepper.
