Chicken Asado for our lunch. My husband asked me if I know how to cooked that saucy chicken dish that has more on liver making the sauce became brownish. I told him that I can cook that but it seems he's no convince with my cooking power 😂 He always checked on me in the kitchen and when he saw the sauce in the pressure cooker he said why it's not brown and why there's a lot of soup haha. I told him that it's needs to be like that so that the chicken will became tender and then when the chicken are tender already that's the time you will reduce the soup and make it saucy. So here's the finished product 💚 Chicken asado for lunch plus pineapple orange juice and apple for dessert . Happy lunch time 🙈
