Our lunch for today. Creamy chicken with mushroom and potatoes. This is an experiment dish again as I have no intention to cook it today. I mean I am thinking to cook some chicken barbecue on pan that's why I marinated some chicken in soy sauce , garlic and sugar then I fried it. Then after I fried the marinated chicken , I am craving for some potatoes and thought of cooking some. I fried some potatoes then I saw an evaporated milk and then that's why I end up with this haha. This is an experiment dish but my husband like it so much. He said worth it daw Yung pag uwi nya ng break time. Para daw syang kumain sa labas haha.
