I had the annual medical check required by the company I work for, so I had to reach the headquarters situated in a high tower at the airport, a part I don't usually go... It was raining so I decided to get the tunnel that gets there from the parkings...

Some establishment here in the Philippines will not allow those who don't have vaccination card to enter and in the airplanes too.
