Here we had a kinda tropical storm some cities in the North West part of Italy were flooded... The south is dying from Sahara temperatures... 😢

It's called Caesar Salad, it's made with roasted chicken and veggies, plus pieces of parmesan cheese, little bread crunchies and yogurt sauce It's my fav salad!

Is it like in our country we have contractual employees which their contracts ends after 6 months. Is it the same with you?
Kinda. We good determined and undetermined job contract, the same first can last from few days to several months, the second is till retirement. Sometimes workers want to change some conditions or terms about the contract, for instance obtaining higher pay, so they ask the companies to accept the new terms. If the companies don't want to accept their requests, they'll strike.
Yes it's like a workers union. In our country the government is trying to totally vanished having a contractual workers. They should be a permanent workers after 6 months of provision. Contractual workers don't have much benefits.
Here too, job situation is dramatic... Govs don't really protect workers.
