Listening to Dio 'Holy diver' and cooking for dinner my 'pasta and potatoes' a classic soup non soup, mine has a twist of fresh cherry tomatoes! This dish is a traditional recipe from Campania but there is a version in every other Italian region as long as potatoes are a poor ingredient that all families used to have on daily basis in their home. I like the poor cooking, it's the best, you can make great meals just using few ingredients! I've bought a bottle of merlot and it's perfect! Good evening friends!

I love Caprese, fresh sliced tomatoes and mozzarella dressed with extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and basil... Delicious!
