I've always liked song lyrics. Trying to understand the lyrics was my first approach to English, I remember as a child I loved to put on headphones and try to understand the words by listening 10, 100, 1000 times. Of course I couldn't do it but it wasn't a problem. When I was a kid it was absolutely difficult to find the written lyrics unless they were inside the covers of the vinyl, I had to wait a long time, then came the internet and now everything is just a click away, even the songs in Kurdish language. However, there is one specific phrase that has been with me for years and that I find very meaningful 'And if sometimes I can't seem to talk You'll know this blackboard lacks A piece of chalk' It's my bedtime song for #asongforyou Don't box me in - Stan Ridgeway/Stewart Copeland https://youtu.be/3Nc9jtqXvXI (It's the soundtrack of a famous movie of the 80s Rumble Fish, with Mickey Rourke and Matt Dillon) Good night!
