And the odds of experiencing such troubles is much higher when it is beyond the platform's control. In this case a third party service provider. And since a third party is managing some of the platforms system, depending on how vast their access to the system is, when something goes haywired expect that all areas covered by their services will be disrupted or will cease operating, So what now? The most important thing is to pinpoint the cause of the trouble! Does it have to do with the third party? Or maybe the platform? Could it be that some protocols were breach result ing in immediate termination of the third partys services? The sooner we identify the cause of the trouble the better. So transparency is of paramount important to solve any issues at hand. However any delay on resolving this issue could be catastrophic! Its either wait and then continue to avail with the services of the third party or look for a new one!
