BRING OUT THE KITE It is a sunny and at the same time a very windy day here on our end. I still remember few months ago kids would immediately make their own kites and you will see them on the streets trying to put their home made kite air borne, and it's a satisfying sight tp see those kites soar high above the blue and windy sky. Unfortunately it may take some time before we can see those kites soar high again. XAVIER.....
