NIGHTLIFE IN THE CITY STILL IN THE PANDEMIC This looks like a normal city night life in the city, Yes this is normal if we are not in the pandemic but unfortunately we are still in the middle of a deadly pandemic. We can't blame this people flocking outside because the government relaxed the lockdowns ptotocold to allow more people outside for the businesses to start rolling again.
