LITERALLY RESTING ON MY REST DAY I had planned already things that I need to do on my rest day and that is today, But I realised that no matter how Carefully I planned things It is not always a guarantee that it will materialise all the time. I thought I can accomplish all those things I need to do today but the opposite happens, I am on ny bed all day just wanna rest. Maybe the stress of the past weekdays has taken its toll on me. So I am really literally resting on my bed on my rest day. XAVIER.....
