UP SELLING I had this rather funny experience earlier when I got out and bought something I need to do some repairs on my house. So I went to the nearest local hardware store. As a customer my instinct is to look for a less expensive item, And sure enough there is a less expensive merchandise I was looking for for, but when they are about to get the merchandise the other guy told me that they don't have the less expensive item and told me to just go for the more expensive one. Well that's odd, so what I did was I declined politely and looked for another store and fortunately I finally found what I was looking for. XAVIER.....
