Coconut Water! When hubby came into our room he gave it to me and I stopped and thought and looked at him for a seconds wondering why he brought a glass of water!? After a few seconds I told him that "butong na? And he nods. Coconut water is the clear liquid inside the coconut fruit. It is so delicious and very nutritious. I always hear that it is a cleansing and medicine for uti, so since then I have always been taking it. And I'm happy that they have a coconut tree here. #healthconsious
