Tuberculosis is one of the major health challenges most people are facing around here. According to a teaching hospital, more than a hundred thousand cases exist every year In a country in Africa. Tuberculosis is an airborne disease, infectious, caused by the organism of *Mycobacterium tuberculosis* and it can be spread when an infected individual coughs or sneezes. *Mycobacterium tuberculosis* can cause disease in almost any part of the body. Due to the prolonged course of treatment of severe cases of tuberculosis, children with this illness are often institutionalized.  The concept of being institutionalized is usually a problem for children in this situation, as it might be difficult being away from their initial caregiver, parents, or guardian, thereby, they begin to view the institution as prison.
