The Church of The Virgin Mary - Mardin, Turkey Located in the historical Anıtlı village of Midyat, formerly known as "Hah", it was used as a metropolitan center by the Assyrians for 9 centuries after Deyrulumur. There is a dove figure depicting the spirit of Jesus on the cross in the church. It is unparalleled so far in this region and in churches around the world. The central cathedral, known as the Mor Sobo Church, became a science center at that time and students from the Middle East were educated in this village. #Photography
