The Super food Did you eat malunggay or moringa? We had lots of malunggay here in our province since we in an urban area.If American have an "apple a day keeps the doctor away ",which is a very famous line.Philippines too had a miracle food which is "malunggay or moringa".This food is very excellent source of protein ,according to study, lot of nutrients and vitamins. https://youtu.be/QSfaar1-Ohw (I attached this video to give further information ) This food can helped addressed the malnutrition of some people here in our country.Everybody can afford to have this food in their table, because it's not pricey and we can have it also around or in the neighborhood, hehe. **Malunggay for healing wounds** When I was a kid and until today,I used this food when I have wounds,I just need to grind the leaves and squeeze the juice into my wounds, and it really hurts, and then I tied it with cloth.Have you done it also? That's how my parents have taught us before, and it's very effective, just like when my finger was cut by a knife ,I just put a juice from malunggay and the blood had stop flowing. **Malunggay for cough remedy** *I used it also when my kids had a cough, because one of our friend shared his experienced about it.Just put a malunggay leaves on a cup and pour a boiled hot water, and let it simmer for a few minutes and after that I let my kid drink it.It taste a little bit spicy, especially when you add more malunggay, but it's good.Moringa has a antibacterial property that can helped kills bacteria.* Another experience that I have ,is that I used this food when we have a fever, a few months ago,I and my 2 kids got fever. And I immediately get a leaves of moringa in the backyard, and just simmer it on a hot water, and it's effective, because the fever have subside.I thank God for such wonderful blessings from God through that leaves . God is sufficiently good for providing us food where we don't need to spend much to become healthy,I have learned that its two times more source of protein than milk. Its very accessible, and we can just plant it in the backyard,so that we can have it everyday. **Ginataang malunggay(malunggay with coco milk)** I remember when I was still a kid,my Mama always cooked this food, she add some squash ,coco milk and dried fish. That is the food we usually ate during lunch time, and sometimes we cooked malunggay leaves only together with tomato, and and "tanglad",(lemon grass),we ate together as a family and we're happy with this food only since we lived in a farm ,where our foods are from our resources like vegetables. **Malunggay with noodles** And today,we still consume this food,I want my kids to eat this food but I need to put something to make them eat. So,what I did is that,I add a noodles on the malunggay, and other vegetables like squash ,string beans.Thye like it but I just put a little of the flavoring of the noodles just to taste. **Tortang malunggay** I also did tortang malunggay, with some ingredients like corn starch, and egg.It takes away the smell of the egg. **Malunggay na law-uy(stew)** This is the simplest way to cooked malunggay, with onions and garlic with water, you can have a malunggay soup ,that is very good and healthy, good for someone who got sick or feeling tired. It can helps us energize and keep our body healthy and strong. It's called super food, because it contains varieties of nutrients which our body needs it.During this pandemic we should consumed food that are healthy, and also I would prefer malunggay than other green leaves because it really doesn't needs any pesticide to make it grows well.It can be planted on a top soil, water and the sun is just enough.

It helps me also when I got sick,it helps me energize. This is our super food, although there are a lot greens vegetables around but this one is the only that is considered as a superb. Be healthy everyone, especially my fellowmen. Have your plate of malunggay today. Eat healthy, live long. Thanks for spending time with my post. It's very much appreciated.
