•Did you know? Although Bitcoin(BTC) is the 1st established cryptocurrency, there has been previous attempt to formulate/propose electronic cash as early as 1983. Cryptographer David Chaum, published a paper titled "Blind Signatures for Untraceable Payments" which was later conceptualized as the first cryptographic electronic money called "eCash". David Chaum's company DigiCash created eCash on 1990 but went bankrupt on 1998.
