It has been more than 2 years now since i started in the BPO industry and in this industry i honed my skills and develop mu career from a newbie agent to a senior agent then promoted to a Subject-Matter Expert support and finally attaining the post of a Team Leader. In this industry i learned how different poeple struggles through day to day life and on how a single situation can be solved a million ways and a single error to destroy a lot of success. In here i also appreciated the value of time, where to spend it, how to spend it, and who to spend it to. There has been days through my journey were i thought that a have reached my limit in the industry but still push through no matter what and just kept focusing upon the goal no matter the hardships. And now, as much as i want to still continue with the industry, the financial issues that i had faced during the first 3 quarters of the year and the unstable accounts that we handled leading to us having more days waiting for an update when will we resume our work brings me to decide further on which career ill be pursuing. My BPO career journey might end in the meantime but nevertheless the lesson learned throughout the journey will be my tools to survive on the next phase of my career development.
