Life is tough, but we're built tougher. Sometimes life just hit us hard as could be and leaves us wondering why on earth are we still living and fighting. Problem pop-up here and there like mushrooms, difficulties just go on and on with no end on sight and stress just keep building and building. If you ever feel like everthing is going sideways and life is choking the heck out of you, take a pause. Just stop for a moment and think, take a deep breath, and look at where you're at. Sometimes that brief pause is all we need to sort out most of pressure and burdens that we had. A short vacation is never bad, a sudden dip is sometimes refreshing and a moment of peace is invigorating.
