I happened to realize that im not using the rating option quite frequently since i had this option on my account and as far as i can remember i had only used it on several users and mostly on reporting spam accounts. So, i rated and checked the profile 10 random users. And here's the result; I got 1 Spam, 2 Bad, 2 Average, 3 Good, and 2 excellent. Getting an excellent rating from me is actually quite easy if they just post original content meaning their own view and opinions on things, sadly most of the 10 users i rated are posting copy-pasted quotes after quotes. If you do have the rating option, just give it a try to check how many users will receive your excellent rating.
