In 2013, A man named James Howells from Wales once threw out a hard drive containing 7,500 BTC but when he learned that the value of ithad shot up, he is now on a mission to find the drive no matter what it takes. Presumably, he already contacted the government for permission to dig through the landfill and offers to share the coin once found if they give him the permission to dig through the landfill.
